What is Virgin Hair?

Virgin hair is the best the industry has to offer. It is human hair that has never been chemically processed, has its cuticle in tact and aligned in the same direction. This allows for a natural shine and prevents matting.

How long will my Gemini Strands last?

With excellent care your Gemini Strands can last up to one year. We recommend sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos and deep conditioning no less than once a month. Also, minimizing heat styling will prolong the life of your extensions.

How much will I need?

Although it is best to consult with your stylist based on the desired style, 6-8 ounces (two bundles) will usually achieve a look of natural fullness. However with longer lengths (18in +) it is often necessary to purchase 3 bundles for a full head installation.

What texture is best for me?

It is best to consult with your stylist based on the texture of your natural hair and the desired style. However please refer to the products page for a description of our textures.

What colors are the hair available in?

Since our hair is Virgin hair that has never been chemically processed it only comes in Natural black (similar to a 1B) and Natural brown (similar to a 2). However it can be colored to suit your needs (ask about our custom color services). Please note that we can not guarantee colors, please make a note in the PAYPAL notes section before payment to state your preference.

When will I receive my Gemini Strands?

Depending on the shipping option you choose, all in-stock orders will ship within 2 business days. Custom orders will take 3-5 business days to process. Orders are processed Tuesday-Saturday only. If you need your order sooner than the stated processing time please call the salon before making a payment.

Can I refund/exchange my purchase?

No refunds.

Exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be unused and in original packaging.
